Agreement

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases of BeautyRaena Academy trainings. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. The website is operated by Beauty Raena LLC ("BeautyRaena," "we," "us"), based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Our services

BeautyRaena offers professional beauty education through BeautyRaena Academy. Products sold through BeautyRaena Supplies and services provided by BeautyRaena Salon are offered through their own websites, and their own terms and policies apply there.

Training bookings and payments

• Deposits. A deposit reserves your seat in a Private Eyelash Extension Training class. All deposits are non-refundable, except as described under "If we cancel" below.
• Balance. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full before class begins on the day of your training. It can be paid by cash, card (tap to pay) or Zelle. Card payments may include a processing fee, which varies depending on the card and card provider. If the balance is not paid in full before class begins, you will not be able to attend, and a $150 rescheduling fee applies to move to a new date.
• Payment in full. All payments are non-refundable and secure your seat in the training, except as described under "If we cancel" below.
• Financing. Financing through Affirm, Klarna or Afterpay is available when you pay in full at checkout. It is provided by those companies, not by BeautyRaena, and is subject to their approval and terms. If you pay only the deposit, we cannot guarantee that financing will be available for the remaining balance.
• Rescheduling. To reschedule, email academy@beautyraena.com. If you let us know within 7 days of your purchase, you can reschedule with no fee. After 7 days, rescheduling carries a $150 fee. If you purchase within 7 days of your training date, you have 24 hours from your purchase to let us know you need to reschedule with no fee; after that, the $150 fee applies.
• If we cancel. If BeautyRaena cancels a training, all tuition paid for that training, including your deposit, will be refunded.

Taking part in training

Trainings are hands-on and may include work on live models. You agree to follow the sanitation, safety and professional conduct standards taught in class and any instructions from your educator. We may remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe or disruptive, without a refund.

Completing a BeautyRaena training and receiving a certificate of completion does not grant a state license. You are responsible for meeting the licensing requirements that apply where you plan to work.

No guarantee of results

We share the techniques and experience behind BeautyRaena, but results depend on each student's practice, skill and effort. We do not guarantee any particular level of income, number of clients, or business outcome.

Online courses and graduate benefits

Your training includes unlimited access to the online course assigned to your enrollment year. For example, students who enrolled in 2025 have access to the 2025 course, not later editions. Access is personal to you and may not be shared or resold. Graduate benefits, such as discounts on BeautyRaena Supplies and access to our private community, may be updated or changed over time.

Our content

All course materials, videos, photos, text and branding on this site and in our trainings belong to BeautyRaena. You may not record, copy, share, sell or teach from our materials without our written permission.

Photos and video

Photos and video are taken during trainings and may be used in BeautyRaena's marketing, including on our website, social media and advertising. By paying a deposit or enrolling, you consent to BeautyRaena using photos and video of you taken during your training for these purposes, without payment.

Marketing messages

When you enroll, you'll receive marketing emails from BeautyRaena about trainings, products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Text messages are covered in our Privacy Policy.

Using this website

Please use this website lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with how it works. The information on this site is provided for general purposes and may change without notice.

Business strategy purchases

The Customized 30-Day Business Strategy is a one-time purchase of $97. After payment you receive a business assessment to complete. Your strategy is prepared from the information you provide and delivered 24–72 hours after we receive your completed assessment.

This purchase is non-refundable. Because the strategy is prepared individually for your business, no refunds are given once payment is made, whether or not the assessment is completed and whether or not the strategy is used.

The purchase covers the strategy document only. It is not mentorship, coaching or an ongoing service, and it does not include implementation, reviews, calls or support after your strategy is delivered. Nothing further is provided after the 30 days.

Your strategy is based on the information you give us. Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees, and results depend on your own market, capacity and execution. Your strategy is for your business only and may not be shared, resold or distributed.

Supplies orders

BeautyRaena Supplies products are sold through our online store. Prices, availability and product details may change, and we may correct errors or cancel an order if something is listed incorrectly or is out of stock. Where that happens, you are refunded in full.

Orders are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates, and once a parcel leaves us we are not responsible for carrier delays. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Because these are professional beauty supplies, returns are accepted only on unopened, unused items in their original packaging, within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping is yours to cover. Opened adhesives, lashes, tools and any item with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund it.

Products are for professional use. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, patch test where required, and keep products out of reach of children. We are not responsible for results obtained from improper use.

Other services

Payments, financing, the student portal and our social media pages are provided by third parties. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeautyRaena is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or our trainings, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the training involved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Purchases are governed by the terms in place at the time you bought.
